New York City deserves its own dedicated games convention, so we’ve built it. On August 19th and 20th, PLAY NYC will feature over 100 games across 3 floors for a crowd of 5,000+ at Terminal 5, Manhattan’s one-of-a-kind concert hall. In addition to these games open to the public, we’re hosting an exclusive set of talks, panels and a private party on the rooftop for a limited number of developers, industry pros and press. Think PAX meets GDC with a New York spin.

Playcrafting got its start in NYC several years back. What started as 10 developers in a room sharing their latest projects has exploded to 4 annual Expos now with 100+ games and 1200 attendees. It’s time to take things to the next level. Our goal is to help put New York on the map for its incredible community of developers and enthusiasts while also welcoming games and attendees from around the world. We will include five big names and five big games between the talks and the booths themselves, with announcements in the weeks ahead.
