Rollacrit, the premiere lifestyle brand for tabletop games, will be attending PAX Unplugged from December 6-8, 2024, in Philadelphia. The company will be exhibiting all their awesome gaming gear at booth #3856, including, for the first time at PAX Unplugged, their Bag of Holding (a million-dollar Kickstarter project). In addition, Rollacrit’s second Heroes of Barcadia adventure, Heroes for Hire, is available for pre-order (at the show and on Rollacrit.com). The Kickstarter for the expansion game met and surpassed its goal within hours of being live on the site a few months ago, reaching $1,099,487, and has created great excitement with gaming fans. And, for the third year in a row, Rollacrit is bringing their massively successful original Heroes of Barcadia tabletop game – it’s the perfect way to enjoy holiday gatherings with friends and family.
In a previous life, there was the original Bag of Holding, and it was great. But this upgraded version available for the first time at PAX U has new features, is more durable, and has plenty of space for all your quest items. It’s a bag fit for an adventurer, which means it needs to hold up to more than just daily use. Rollacrit’s Bag of Holding features more than twenty-one pockets (and a secret pocket, which is a secret)! There is practically a pocket for everything. The Bag also has a plethora of add-ons and customization options (sold separately) such as colorful straps and zipper charms to fit your fandom.
Gaming fans will find new Rollacrit dice keychains, a variety of dice, and the very giftable “RPG Character Creation Mug” for sale at the booth. And heads up, dice goblins! The popular Royal Crit Mimic Dice Bag is back in stock and has returned to guard your treasures with a hint of mischief and a whole lot of style. But beware — there is more to this bag than meets the eye.
Founder and DM of “Everything Awesome” at Rollacrit, Erin Zipperle, will be at PAX U and available for interviews to talk about the company’s fascinating history (they were reborn out of the former ThinkGeek), and their current and upcoming projects that makes Rollacrit such a unique business. Erin grew up with a healthy dose of tabletop and board games which was instrumental in creating his geekdom.
